Most platforms flatten men into the same feed. Intervals is built around the idea that the questions change as life changes.

Men move through pressure, responsibility, doubt, ambition, grief, family, and reinvention at different times. The room should change with them.

Intervals exists because a man at 23 and a man at 43 may both be asking hard questions, but they are rarely asking the same ones. Career pressure, marriage, fatherhood, burnout, health, money, purpose, and aging all land differently depending on the chapter.

The product keeps conversations close to life stage so members can speak plainly with men who understand the shape of the pressure without needing every detail explained from the beginning.

Why age intervals matter

The question changes over time.

Early adulthood can sound like direction. The thirties can sound like stability, pressure, and identity. Later decades can bring transition, legacy, health, grief, or the quiet need to rebuild. Intervals gives those questions a place to be asked in context.

Real names are not required publicly. Anonymous posting is available when the subject needs more privacy.
